Office Description

Situated within central Cambridge just outside the city centre, Munro House is a newly built office which is bright and well ventilated, and a perfect environment for someone who is looking for a workspace. The space comes with the usual amenities of any office and has air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. The main space is open plan with several smaller offices located throughout the building which is set over two floors (lift available), with a large café style breakout area. Munro House is situated just off Newmarket Road, which is a main road to the city centre and other amenities. If you feel like a walk by the River Camb, Munro House is right by Stourbridge Common, there is also Cambridge Retail Park for a spot of shopping, and supermarkets include Tesco and Aldi, there are several public houses/restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Both Cambridge North and South train stations are walkable with frequent public transport, and close proximity to the main trunk roads such as A14 and M11. A bit about us – we are an International Development Charity whose culture is one of professionalism, with a warm and friendly team of 45 who work in a blended way with a 50-50 office and remote working pattern. We absolutely adore this space but have found recently that the space is not being used to its full potential. Therefore, we want to open this space to other like-minded individuals or companies. We are offering two options, desk share/hot desk in open office, or in one of our smaller offices to fit 4-8 workstations. Included will be the use of one of our meeting rooms for half a day a month (prior booking required) and the option to hire for further meetings. There is limited parking on site with ample on the road parking in the vicinity, and cycle racks available at the side of the building. Including all office amenities, a workstation is £300 per month, a discounted rate can be considered for a cluster of 4 workstations or more. We are also open to conversations around meeting your particular needs.
