Desk/Office space available to let in a friendly open plan studio situated on Leonard Street, between Old Street and Shoreditch High Street. 

We are located just a few minutes walk from Old Street Station.

• Desk spaces can be rented as individual desks or a team space

• Rent £300 per desk space per month 

• Rent is fully inclusive of all bills which include rates, ultilites, Wi-fi & Cleaning.

• 6 Month minimum contract

• 1 month rent deposit required up front

• Rent payable at the beginning of each month

• 1 month notice period.
