Space will fit between 6-8 people comfortably. Desks and furniture are not supplied. You have full use of pictured side of office.

Rent is £450 (inc. VAT) per desk per month including all bills and service charges. Or £3,500 for team 8 of people.

1 month deposit required and payment of month in advance. 6-9 month maximum term let.

Rent also includes use of all facilities - existing furniture, kitchen, bathrooms etc. 24/7 access available.

5 mins walk from Barbican tube station and 10 mins walk from Old Street and Farringdon.
