Up to four desks available for rent in a boutique shared office (maximum 8 desks & meeting room) just outside of Shoreditch/City. Transport links are excellent: Tower Gateway/Tower Hill, Aldgate, Aldgate East & Shadwell are all within 5-10 minutes, whilst Fenchurch St & Liverpool St are around 15 minutes walk. 

We are a small business who have recently taken the leap from co-working space to our own office and hope to find like minded individuals (or a small team) to share our new home. 

The office is modern, extremely light & airy, and in excellent condition. In total, the space is c. 700 sq ft, with an open plan office on the ground floor, and a spacious meeting room and fully fitted kitchen on the lower ground floor. We also have a shower for anybody brave enough to cycle or run to work. 

Our business is in physical cocoa/coffee trading so we have an excellent supply of top quality coffee at all times. We have a small micro roaster in the office and we even roast our own supplies from time to time. Aspiring baristas welcome! 

With St Katherine's Dock, Thomas More Square and a host of cafés, restaurants & bars on the doorstep the office is well situated for 'team building' too.

Desks are offered at £300 per month; unlike other co-working spaces this is truly 'all-inclusive' with no extra charge for reasonable use of meeting rooms, internet, printing, or of course delicious coffee...
