Office Description

Island Studios is a stunning Georgian building on St Peter's Square, within 5 minutes walk of Stamford Brook tube and easy reach of Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith. There are four offices in the building with a shared kitchen and pre-bookable meeting room.

Private Drama Events is a friendly team of six to eight staff who occupy the larger of two rooms on the lower ground floor. The smaller room, approximately 200 sq ft, is available for desk sharing for up to 3 desks. 

Rental is £450 p/cm per desk inclusive of business rates, service charge, electricity, heating and fibre connection, 100/100 of a shared lease line, which can efficiently operate voipfones. Cleaning is a small extra weekly cost.
