Office Description

We're a design studio specialising in theatre graphics, with a team of 10 friendly faces in the heart of Camden and we're looking for another small company or individuals to share our fun studio space.

We have up to 4 desks available at £150 (+ VAT) per desk per month.  Day rentals will also be considered subject to availability.

The studio is on the ground floor of Pratt Mews, London NW1 with plenty of natural light.

A small kitchen and sofa meeting area adjoin the open plan studio, with a cloakroom and toilet on the same floor.

A separate private meeting area is available for bookings, subject to additional fees and availability

The £150 (+ VAT) desk rate includes:-

* Wifi

* Use of sofa meeting/chill-out area

* Use of kitchen, including tea & coffee supplies and chilled, filtered water

* Twice weekly cleaning

* Electricity/Gas

* Air conditioning

Studio hours are 09:30-18:00, Monday to Friday.
