We have single and group (1-3) desks available now in our open plan, modern and bright barn conversion. The Stables is home to a group of creatives and would suit copywriters, developers, designers etc. We always need like minded creatives to outsource our work to when we get busy. Conveniently located between Romsey and Southampton, close to train stations, Southampton airport and the M27 motorway.

Modern modular furniture, all utilities including access to dedicated lease line and WiFi. Shared meeting room facility available along with a shared kitchen.

The Stables is situated on a small, modern semi rural development with 24/7 access via electric gate, we have CCTV and monitored security.

TERMS

1 month deposit + 1 month in advance. Minimum 6 month initial term, 2 months notice period thereafter. Only £350/month + VAT per desk. No extra costs

*VoIP desk phones can be set up at a small IT cost.
