Office Description

£200 PCM

Our office is a converted shop just a 2-minute walk from Borough Tube SE1. We have street access and there's usually only one other person here - so social distancing is built-in. Great for a 'work from home' if you haven't got room at home! Its a door straight from the street to get in - no corridors or other offices adjoining.

We're just behind Borough High Street though it's quiet. There's a small kitchenette and toilet in a room to the rear and a large table right next to the door that can be used for lunch. We have ample ventilation in the space.

The studio has plenty of daylight and has been recently redecorated. We have two nice spaced-apart desks available with their own cupboards and some shelf space too. (we have moved the desks since the photographs so that they are now 2+ metres).

We're offering electric, heat and wifi included in the price. We also have a secure side passage available to park bikes.

Who are we? A small design and events company: currently we aren't there much. There's plenty of room. We're interested in design, music, film, events and media, and we've worked in them all too.
