Office Description

Beautiful first floor self-contained design studio/office on New Oxford Street opposite the end of Shaftesbury Avenue just south of the British Museum.  14 foot high ceilings. Floor to ceiling windows all round, so has amazing light. With its own toilet and kitchen.

520 square feet. Up to ten desks. Desks are 160cm x 80 cm and each one comes with a secure lockable metal drawer unit. Clear acrylic screens will be installed between desks.

Daily cleaning included.

Available either as an entire office for £3,800 per month or as individual desks at £400 per month. Rates are negotiable depending on total number of desks taken and length of stay.

Tea, coffee, all bills and 350mbps WiFi included.
