We are now offering 80:20 Workspace leases at the Barn in Claydon Court, Ipswich. Our 80:20 Workspace concept also known as hybrid working, allows up to five organisations to use our unique Barn for one day each week, more if needed. Crucially, it is the same day or days each week to allow people to get into a working rhythm. 

Converted from agricultural buildings, with extensive timbers, vaulted ceiling, recycled gym floor and views over our rear terrace and wildlife garden The Barn is a place people will want to come to work in. Offices are occupied on a rolling six-month lease to provide long-term certainty with short-term flexibility.  Our fully inclusive costing is simple: £845 per month plus VAT for each day used.
