Office Description

Our office is a thriving creative hub, but not constantly in use throughout the week, due to a number of our team members partly working from home. You cannot get a better location, just off Oxford Circus tube station, or next to the Elizabeth Line Bond Street Station. The building has a kitchenette, but with this many wonderful amenities locally, who wants to stay inside?

One flight of stairs leads you to a roof terrace - perfect for grabbing some rays with your colleagues in the spring/summer months.

High speed Wifi included, along with rates and bills, plus use of the printer. Phone line rental would need to be discussed. We have 6-8 sleek desks and comfy office chairs available for our new Coworking friends. 24 Hour access. We are looking for a long-term booking (min 6 months). 

We are offering an office share, with sole use for our new office mates on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (meaning we wouldn't be in; the whole office would be yours). Fridays we could co-share, if need be. Mondays we would like the office for ourselves, please. This is for £2000/month for 6-8 desks. 

We are also open to single desks being rented, for £375-400/month, depending on how many, with the same day divisions as listed above.
