Ideally situated on D'Arblay Street, amidst the best of Soho and short walks from Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Piccadilly Circus. On a small side street connecting Poland and Berwick Streets, with great restaurants and shops a stone's throw.

We're looking for office-mates to share our brilliant Soho space. We're a branding agency who flex in team size and tend to be in 3 days a week, and we have two desks to let to either a team or individuals looking for a central work base. Kitchen & bathroom facilities are shared with another company in the building, and we have a fridge & tea/coffee facilities in our space. As with many buildings in this area, being an old house gives the building its charm - including sash windows that make the space very light and keep it cool in summer. Super-fast WiFi included & Sonos speaker.

The available desks and chairs are brand new. Each desk is 120mm wide x 70mm deep. There's space available to bring additional storage/equipment you may need. Communal table & chairs for lunch/breakout meetings. The whole room has been freshly painted in the last month.

PAYG: £450+VAT per desk, per month. One month's notice.
3 month+ term: £400+VAT per desk, per month.
