Office Description

We have a number of Fixed Desks available in a bright and airy shared office. The desks measure 1.5m x 0.75m (large) and 1.2m x 0.75m (small) and have a fully adjustable office chair as well as a lockable storage cabinet (large desks only).

Fixed desks are available on a monthly basis or longer and fee includes use of kitchen (not kitchen supplies such as tea and coffee), rest rooms, shower room and lockers and bike racks. High speed internet is included on ethernet and wifi and 4 power sockets for each desk.

An open plan meeting room table and projector is also available as well as printing and scanning facilities (for extra fee).

Opening Hours

Weekdays: 09:00 - 18:00

Weedend working and outside standard hours also possible for extra fee

Key less access via code locks on all doors

We are a 10 minute walk from Kennington and Lambeth North tube stations and a 15 minute walk from Elephant & Castle station. Buses 3, 159 and 59 stop right outside the studios.

Up to 4 desks are available

One month's notice applies either way unless agreed otherwise

A deposit applies

Fixed Desks are avilabale at £150 per month (small) and  £180 per month (large)
