Mcmullan Studio is located on the top floor of a walk up building on a quaint cobbled street of coffee shops and boutiques in the heart of Covent Garden. The light and airy recently refurbished studio space is shared by two small design practices, split by 2 floors. 

The office is open plan with a kitchenette included and a separate WC. We are looking to sublet 2 dedicated desks to a company/individuals who would enjoy working amidst a creative and relaxed design environment. 

Utilities, business rates, high-speed fibre internet, tea & coffee and cleaning included in monthly rent. 

The office is 3 minutes walk from Covent Garden tube, 5 minutes from Leicester Square tube and 12 minutes walk from Charing Cross mainline stations.
