Situated along the Kings Road, we are looking to co-share our beautiful, newly refurbished office located on the top floor in the iconic Furniture and Arts building. This space will provide you with 1,700 sq. ft of open office space with access to two meeting rooms, kitchen, store room and a large open plan office across two floors.

It is a bright, well ventilated, high ceiling hub perfect for a small content or creative agency, a brand or start-up or indeed someone local who would rather not commute to the West End or City. The space comes with the usual amenities of any office and has air-conditioning and very speedy wifi! All rooms have wooden floors, exposed beams and an aesthetic interior.

We are also well connected being a 5-minute walk to either Fulham Broadway or Imperial Wharf, with plenty of local parking and Santander bikes.

We are a boutique global communications agency looking to co-share our office space. We absolutely adore this space but have found recently that the space is not being used to its full potential. Therefore, we want to open this space to other like-minded individuals or companies.

We are a team of roughly 8 individuals with a young, creative and professional mindset.

£495 per desk per month.
