Office Description

We have a dedicated office space with space for approximately 10-12 people available to use 3 days a week. Located in a gorgeous period building close to Borough High Street and London Bridge Station, the studio is located on the groundfloor of a refurbished Victorian warehouse building, which one can access via an attractive cobbled courtyard. Our studio is particularly spacious, with timber flooring and exposed steelwork. There is lots of natural light and a dedicated meeting room. The studio is located close to numerous delis, cafes and bars, and Borough Market is just around the corner. Both Borough station and London Bridge station are very close by. Bicycle parking is provided in a secure courtyard.

The studio is divided into 2 separate sections. The first space is occupied by a renowned Architectural practise, whilst we make use of the second room. Each room is divided by a locking door. 

Since we use our office only 2 days a week, we are ideally looking for a company to make use of it on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 

£2500 per month (incl VAT), available immediately.
