Fresh, modern, light, and airy office space available to share with our friendly team on a modern business park in Leatherhead, Surrey. We are a 10-15 minute walk from the mainline train station and easy access to the town centre. The picturesque town of Leatherhead, surrounded by greenery, is located at the gateway to the Surrey Hills. Leatherhead has a great range of shops and restaurants including Waitrose, Sainsburys, Prezzo as well as lots of local pubs and eateries.

The offices are on the first floor with the ground floor a secure light industrial space. Storage / warehouse space can be made available by separate negotiation.

Parking available on site and use of the Zappi car charging point can be made available.

Shared use of our boardroom with seating for up to 10 and a 55" presentation screen.

Climate control A/C throughout all office spaces as well as super-fast fibre broadband, printing facilities and a security system. 

Shared use of our kitchen and relaxed breakout facilities which include a Jura bean-to-cup coffee machine making fresh lattes, cappuccinos etc, Strauss filtered hot/cold water machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and communal fridge. Healthy snacks and drinks also provided.

Office space is available on a full or part time basis, with up to 13 desks available in the open plan area plus another 4 in a separate office. Shared Hot Desk space available in a 2+2 office - for example, useful for Teams/Zoom meetings, one to ones, phone calls or just somewhere quiet to work. Rent is £175-£250 + VAT per desk per calendar month (depending on quantity taken). Minimum 4, max approx. 20 inclusive of all facilities and utilities. No minimum term contract, 1 month rent up front and 1 month notice period. Longer notice periods available by negotiation.
