• We are looking for 1 company to use half of our office. We are 3 friendly (very nice) people who us the office on average 2 days a week.

• Very bright and light office with 7 almost floor-to-ceiling windows. 2^nd floor with lift.
• 2 minutes from St Pauls cathedral (you can see it out of large windows)
• Less than 5 minutes walk from Blackfriars train/ tube station, St Pauls tube and City Thameslink train station.
• Well stocked tea & coffee station, microwave, toaster, kettle, water filter, beer & soft drink fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and printer.

• Just for info our business provides financial and accounting advice and support to angel investors, their portfolio companies and SMEs in the TMT space. We are friendly but relatively quiet and often out of the office too.
•  All in price including rent, rates, service charge, utilities and broadband.
