Spurhouse on Spurstowe Terrace is a new mixed-use residential and commercial building behind Hackney Downs Overground and a short walk from Hackney Central Overground. We are a group of friendly architects and design practices offering desk space with access to a meeting room. The studio was born as a space for collaboration among professionals of the built environment and the creative industries - we have recently welcomed a planning consultant. We want to meet like-minded professionals who can collaborate and take advantage of the mix of knowledge we have at the studio. We often share meals, architecture talks, CPDs,  beers on Fridays, and we plan on organising a few events in the space every year. 

The office has plenty of natural light thanks to full height, full-width windows on the quiet Spurstowe Terrace and a large window large windows and we have recently been fitted out. We have a standing desk just by the window, a large architecture library, an A3 colour printer, a materials library, space for model materials, two bathrooms (one disabled) a kitchenette with dishwasher. There is a side access to the building storage room, and a small courtyard at the back to park your bicycle. 

The price includes bills and printing.
