Perfect for a small company or individuals to share with a friendly group of local entrepreneurs, remote workers, and SMEs. 

From February 2026 onwards, a bank of 5 large work stations will become available which is ideal for a team. 

£399 + VAT per desk/ month; flexible 6 month agreements w 1 month notice period; discount offered for multiple desks.

Free use of meeting room and private phone booth - so costs don't add up like they do in standard co-working spaces.

Superfast fibre-optic WiFi with low ping. 

24/7 access with your own key and security code – work to your schedule.  

Near to Clapham Junction station - just a 6 minute walk; safe off-road bike parking in gated courtyard.
