Office Description

We currently have up to four desk spaces available in our light-filled, newly renovated Victorian studio, located in the picturesque Iliffe Yard – part of the historic Pullens Estate.

We’re an architecture practice looking to share our space with like-minded individuals or a small team, ideally working in the creative industries – designers, illustrators, writers, freelancers or similar.

Iliffe Yard is a unique community of artists and artisans – from potters and furniture makers to painters and architects. It’s a welcoming and sociable place to work, with a lovely outdoor courtyard that comes into its own in the summer.

Each desk rental includes:

- A bespoke desk by designers Jones Neville

- A comfortable Vitra Physix task chair

- Shelf space

- Fast fibre broadband

- 24/7 access

- Secure gated entry (locked evenings and weekends)

- Free printing up to 30 A4/A3 pages per month (A3 20p, A4 10p per after this)

- Access to all amenities, including a kitchen

- Bi-weekly cleaning included

- Rent: £250 inc VAT (0%) per calendar month, all-inclusive
