Four desk spaces available in our friendly and green architecture & interior design studio 3 minutes from Borough High Street. We are in a quiet, gated mews, in an old warehouse full of character, with secure bike storage inside the courtyard. Would ideally suit freelancers or a small team of 4 in similar creative industries, however all are welcome!

Access to fast 250mb up and down leased line wi-fi, availability of meeting rooms with conference facilities plus there is a kitchen with state-of-the-art Sage coffee machine, and shower all on our floor. 

Borough tube station is 3 minutes walk with Borough Market and London Bridge Station about 10 minutes walk. Buses 35, 133 and 343 in both directions and Borough station on Nothern line are all close by.

Rent is £290 (excl. VAT) per calendar month - available in different configurations as singles, a pair or a block of 4. Desks are available from 12 January 2026 but we are flexible with moving in dates.
