Office Description

We are an established architecture practice with a close-knit team and currently have three workstations available to rent in our friendly, light, and airy office on Stratford Road, Kensington.

The office is conveniently located within walking distance (approximately six/eight minutes) of Earl’s Court and High Street Kensington underground stations.

The space would ideally suit someone working in the creative or construction industries.

Available workstations:

- Workstation 1: Corner desk (L shape: 208 x 153 x 74 cm), ergonomic office chair, and under-desk drawers

- Workstation 2: Desk (170 × 74 cm), ergonomic office chair, and under-desk drawers

- Workstation 3: Large desk (140 × 74 cm), ergonomic office chair, and under-desk drawers

Computer screens can also be provided if required.

Access: Monday to Friday; Secure access with your own key and security code

Price: £400 per desk per month

- Tea and coffee

- Access to kitchenette (fridge, kettle, and microwave)

- Use of meeting room

- Shower room and WCs

- Superfast fibre-optic Wi-Fi

- Weekly cleaning and all utilities

Access to printers is available at an affordable rate.
