This colourful, bright and beautifully designed London office in the heart of Clerkenwell's design district is just 500 feet from Barbican Station and 0.4 miles from Farringdon.

There are up to 8 desks available on the first floor of an open plan office space. The office is shared with a leading creative agency. It has expansive windows with an abundance of natural light, high ceilings, air con and an outdoor terrace. There is a security system in place which covers fire alarms and burglar alarms. 

There is one staff kitchen, one phone booth space, 3 WCs and a shower. 

We are looking to share our space with likeminded freelancers and / or a company in the creative sector. 

Rent includes: 

• business rates
• daily cleaning
• daily refreshments
• utilities (wifi, printing, water, electricity) 

Monthly rate: £400 + VAT per desk. 

Rate can be negotiated for a long term, full 8 desk hire.
