Welcome to our calm and well-lit 9m² workspace in High Wycombe, designed to provide a professional, distraction-free environment. Whether you are a remote worker, tutor, student, or solo entrepreneur, this daytime space offers everything you need for a productive session. What activities work well in your space? This room is perfectly suited for a variety of daytime professional and academic uses, including: Dedicated remote working and focused freelancing. Small business meetings, client calls, and interviews. Tutoring sessions (1-to-1 or small groups). University project work, study groups, and exam preparation. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The 9m² room comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and is intelligently arranged into two distinct functional zones: The Focus Zone: Features a premium electric height-adjustable standing desk (sit/stand) designed for one user. It is fully equipped with an ergonomic chair, a footrest, and an external monitor (HDMI/USB-C ready), making it ideal for deep, focused laptop work or video conferencing. The Collaboration Zone: A comfortable meeting table with seating for three. This area is perfect for laying out documents, taking notes, hosting client discussions, or collaborative co-working alongside the main desk. What unique features or amenities does your space have? We have equipped the space with modern amenities so you can simply plug in and start working immediately: Tech & Comfort: Fast, reliable Wi-Fi suitable for heavy video conferencing, paired with bright natural light and good ventilation. Refreshments: Complimentary water, tea, and coffee-making facilities are included right in the room. Guests also have access to a nearby WC, and kitchen access can be arranged upon prior request. Parking & EV Charging: Free visitor parking is available on the street directly outside. Uniquely, we offer convenient on-site EV charging upon request (£20 for 4–6 hours, bookable in advance directly or via Co-charger) so you can top up your vehicle while you work. (Note: This is a daytime-only workspace. We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels respectful of others in the building and to wipe down the desk before leaving. If you require overnight accommodation, we have separate ensuite bedrooms available to book.)
