Why it's different
Many serviced offices look affordable until you add the meeting room, the parking and the utilities. We don't charge for any of those. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

Location
5 minutes from Hedge End and 15 minutes from Southampton Airport, with easy access to the M27 and M3. The studio is in a quiet rural spot, and you'll share the building with an award-winning branding consultancy. It suits solopreneurs, consultants and freelancers who want a professional base with predictable costs.

Price: Office 1 £395 +VAT per month / Office 2 £325 +VAT per month, all inclusive

Available: From November

Terms: Rolling monthly after initial 3 month minimum commitment, 1 months deposit upfront
