Join the creative community at Morris+Company. We have up to 15 premium co-working desks available at our vibrant Mare Street studios in Hackney, located just a stone’s throw from London Fields. Whether you are an independent freelancer looking for a single desk or a growing design team wanting to work alongside each other, our space is designed to inspire.

What’s Included in Your Monthly Rent:

• ☕ In-House Café Perks: Free daily homemade lunch and fresh coffee prepared by our in-house chef.
• 📐 Creative Facilities: Full access to our professional model-making workshop and dedicated photo studio.
• 💬 Community & Culture: Access to our regular, curated in-house design talks, panel discussions, and social events.
• 🤝 Meeting Spaces: Shared use of our high-spec meeting rooms for client presentations.
• 🚲 Active Commuter Friendly: Secure indoor bike storage and clean shower facilities.

Pricing & Terms:

• Cost: £350 per desk per month (Inclusive of all utilities and amenities).
• Payment Details: Paid via standing order on the 1st of every month.
• Deposit: A rolling 1-month deposit per desk.
• Flexibility: Desks can be rented individually or grouped together for small teams.
