Office Description

I'm looking for a quiet, desk-based professional to share my office at Switchboard Studios, Blackhorse Lane (E17 5QJ). It's a creative workspace a short walk from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria line and Overground).

Two options:

• £339 + VAT/month: share the office with just me (half the office)
• £226 + VAT/month: share with me and one other person

Included: all utilities, broadband, air conditioning, cleaning and kitchen access. Parking is available at extra cost.

A desk and monitor are available, or you can bring your own. 12-month term, available now.

About me: I run Get the Data, a small analytics and evaluation consultancy. I work quietly at a computer most of the day, so the office would suit a consultant, freelancer, writer or similar.
