We have three desks available to rent within our friendly architecture and interiors studio on Clerkenwell Road, right in the heart of London’s design district.

Our bright, light-filled studio has beautiful vaulted ceilings and offers a relaxed but professional working environment. We’re looking to share the space with architects, interior designers, landscape architects, graphic designers, creative consultants, freelancers, and other like-minded creatives.

What’s included

• Dedicated desk space, with full-time or part-time options
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Shared meeting room access, subject to availability
• Kitchen facilities
• Utilities included
• Great Clerkenwell location, close to Farringdon Station and the Elizabeth Line
• Easy access to the area’s cafés, restaurants and other local amenities

We’re ideally looking for individuals or small teams who would enjoy working alongside an established creative studio while continuing to run their own independent practice.

If you’re looking for a welcoming, inspiring and well-connected workspace surrounded by other design professionals, we’d love to hear from you.
