We have a lovely, light and generous workspace available within our established interior design studio at Busworks, North Road, Islington, just a short walk from Caledonian Road Underground station (Piccadilly line).

We're a small, friendly team of two in a large studio, looking to welcome one person to share with us.

The space would suit an independent creative professional, designer, architect, consultant or freelancer looking for a calm, comfortable and welcoming place to work.

The dedicated workspace offers approximately 2.4 metres of desk space, with two adjoining desk areas and plenty of room to spread out. Two storage units provide eight baskets in total, ideal for keeping materials, samples or paperwork organised.

The studio is thoughtfully furnished, with a relaxed, inviting and informal atmosphere. Most days you'll be sharing the space with just one of us, making it a lovely alternative to a busy coworking environment.

The studio

We're based in Busworks, a characterful former industrial building, home to a mix of creative businesses and independent professionals.

It's a friendly, professional environment with plenty of room to work quietly and independently.

Rent: £450 per month, including bills and Wi-Fi

Terms: Flexible rolling monthly arrangement with one month's notice, subject to agreement
